Learn New Skills

BIDS-160 is primarily geared toward socially and economically disadvantaged entrepreneurs who need to sharpen their skills to become more competitive.  We help these business leaders better manage risk, innovate, build strategic alliances, access new markets and increase profitability.

We work with entrepreneurs to learn where they may have gaps in their skills and teach many of the “soft skills” needed to succeed.  These may include decision-making, negotiation, presentation skills and leadership.  We then connect you with the people, tools and resources to help better manage your business.
